IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO HEAL

How it works

INTRODUCTORY CALL →

If you would like to explore working together, I invite you to book a 20 min introductory call (free of charge).

We will explore what you need, answer any questions you might have and see whether the way I work would be the right support for you at this time.

If we both feel we are a good fit to work together, we book an initial session. If you are not sure, you are welcome to take your time before deciding. There is no pressure either way.

YOUR FIRST SESSION →

The first session is a further opportunity to clarify your intention and hopes for the work, to get a sense of how it is to work together and get started on your healing journey.

I believe it is important that you find the right practitioner for you, where you can feel held and safe enough to let the process unfold.

ONGOING SESSIONS

If after the initial session we both feel happy to continue working together, we book a time for ongoing weekly sessions.

Being held in a consistent, contained and safe relational field, in a way that may not have been available at the beginning of your life, can be a healing experience in itself.

I usually work with clients deeply and slowly over a longer period of time.

FAQs

  • Transforming and integrating early life experiences and trauma, safely and mindfully, takes time. It is not a quick fix.

A few sessions might make you feel good, feel heard and maybe even find some ground and safety for the first time ever, but deep healing of body patterns that have been with you for a long time, maybe since conception, takes time.

'Slow is fast' in trauma work, particularly when your own timing may have been distrupted by interventions around birth. Reclaiming the possibility of doing things in your own time, without being rushed, is healing in itself.

  • Great question. The end of a therapy journey is a transition and it as important as the beginning, particularly when we work with early experiences. We will explore this together as we move through the healing process.

The ending process may touch into feelings that were there at your conception or birth and doing this process consciously, in present time, as an adult, is an opportunity to heal another layer of your womb and birth journey.

  • Yes. A lot of of my clients do see a psychotherapist as well as working with me more specifically on their early history.

Being able to talk in psychotherapy and work with body process in my sessions makes for a very deep and rich healing experience.

  • I have been working online via video since March 2020.

Both clients and I have experienced how the holding and embodied relational contact, which is at the heart of the therapy work, can happen online.

  • Yes. I am originally from Italy and I welcome Italian speaking clients based in the UK and in Italy via Zoom.

  • Free parking is available in the nearby streets. There is a short walk to get to the therapy room.
