Hi I’m Federica.

Federica Bristol craniosacral

I am a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner in Bristol and I trained at the Karuna Institute with Franklyn Sills.

I love the way in which craniosacral therapy enables people to connect to their bodies in new ways and to become aware of a sense of health, which is always present, as well as of places that may be holding emotional and physical trauma that can gently be explored and released in sessions.

My personal therapy and professional development journey over the last ten years has taken me to a deep exploration of how the way we come into the world shapes our life. I have a particular interest in supporting people at different stages of their life to explore and heal early relational trauma and the impact of prenatal and birth experiences.
