Craniosacral therapy

Wisdom in the Body – The Craniosacral Approach to Essential Health (2nd Edition) by Michael Kern, North Atlantic Books, 2005. – Very clearly written book for anyone who is interested in learning what craniosacral therapy is and what its benefits are.

Foundations in Craniosacral Biodynamics (vol 1 and 2) by Frankyln Sills, 2011 – Excellent book by the founder of the biodynamic craniosacral approach if you want to delve deeper into the theory and practice of biodynamic craniosacral therapy.

Healing trauma

The approach to trauma used in craniosacral therapy draws on the work of Peter Levine and Babette Rothschild. The following books provide clear explanations and examples of trauma healing approaches that we also use in craniosacral therapy.
